Virtual Choir

After about a month of virtual classes when the pandemic hit in mid-March 2020, I wondered if we should try a virtual choir. So many choir directors were vehemently against it online, and I had absolutely no experience in it. However, I wanted to continue providing our students with a quality choral experience and avoid shutting down completely as so many choirs did. I decided to give it a try, and found a wonderful company that specialized in this kind of work (Arts Laureate).  Arts Laureate helped me and my students create nine professional-quality videos – all done at the student’s homes with their cell phones, then mixed together with graphics.
